Ok, we can't deny the rumours any longer.

It's true - we have been printing money.

Big money.

Million Dollar Notes in fact. Just like the ones above.

And a small quantity of the notes has somehow found its way into general circulation. Indeed, we've had reports of people stumbling across them in public places. And others receiving them in the mail.

So I guess the cat's out of the bag - and we really need to make one thing crystal clear.

They're not real. You can't spend them. And please don't try and pay them in to your local bank.

They're just a simple - but very eye-catching and effective - promotional tool used by businesses for grabbing the attention of customers and generating more sales.

So if one arrives in your possession, perhaps by some strange and mysterious means, please... keep it to yourself!

Because we've only got a small number left. And we really can't cope with any more people visiting...
