Booking Conditions -
The Hidden Advantage Workshop

A small number of conditions apply when you book a place at The Hidden Advantage Workshop. These are detailed below.

Changes

If you are unable to attend the workshop on which you are booked and you let us know at least 7 days before the workshop, you are able to transfer your booking to a future date at no charge.

If you are unable to attend the workshop on which you are booked and you let us know less than 7 days before the workshop (or you don't let us know at all), we are unable to transfer your booking to a future date.

However you may allow someone else to attend in your place provided that you let us know their name and contact details at least 2 days before the workshop.

Cancellations And Refunds

If you wish to cancel your workshop booking and you do so at least 1 calendar month before the workshop, you will receive a full 100% refund. Refunds are unavailable for cancellation requests received within 1 month of the workshop date.

Please note - refunds apply only to original bookings and are not available if you have already transferred your booking.

We reserve the right to cancel a workshop up to 1 week before the start date should the number of booked participants be below the minimum number needed to run an effective workshop. Although unlikely, if such a situation occurs we will offer you a full 100% refund. You will also have the option to transfer to an alternative date.

We also reserve the right, on occasion, to change the location of a workshop to a different venue within the same city. If this occurs we will let you know no later than 1 week prior to the date of your workshop and usually as soon as any such change occurs.
